Are all the products on your site new?
Yes. Every product we ship is new and comes direct from
the manufacturer with the full manufacturer’s warranty, unless otherwise noted
in the product description.
How long will it take for me to receive my item(s)?
That depends a little on where you are located in the USA and how close you
are to one of our distribution centers. Our main distribution center is
located in Spring Hill, Florida. The average order arrives at its destination
within 3 to 4 days for customers in the USA.
International orders are sent either by Airmail, USPS International Priority
Mail or USPS Express Mail and delivery usually is within a 5 to 10 days. Certain
countries, require more time for parcels to clear local customs andtherfore
may take longer.

What warranties do you offer?
All warranties are serviced by the manufacturer of the product, and are not
serviced by Quality Guitars & Musicians Supply Inc.
